That philosophy is exactly what inspired our Associate Program.
Our Associate Program is designed to bridge the gap between beauty school and a successful career behind the chair. It gives new stylists — our Associates — the chance to work side-by-side with our Master Stylists to refine their technical skills, strengthen their client communication, and gain real, hands-on salon experience in a supportive, team-based environment.
We believe the best stylists are made through experience, education, and connection. Associates receive one-on-one coaching, participate in in-salon training sessions, and get exposure to a variety of services, product knowledge, and client care techniques. Every day is an opportunity to learn — whether it’s perfecting a blowout, mastering a foil technique, or simply understanding what it means to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Our goal is simple: to develop confident, skilled, and passionate stylists who are fully prepared to build their own thriving clientele. We don’t just train stylists; we invest in future leaders of our industry.
Many of our most successful team members began as Associates — and seeing them now leading, teaching, and inspiring others is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
