It’s hard to believe that Greg & Tony has been part of Westport’s story for over 45 years. When I walk through the salon each morning — hearing the buzz of blow dryers, laughter between stylists and clients, and seeing the energy that fills every chair — I’m reminded of how far we’ve come and how much heart has gone into every step of this journey.
Greg & Tony began with a vision my dad had back in 1979 — to create more than just a salon, but a place where people could feel confident, connected, and cared for. Watching his dream evolve into what we are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
Over the years, we’ve seen so much transformation — not just in hair trends or the products on our shelves, but in the people who’ve come through our doors. Generations of families have trusted us; some of our earliest clients still sit in our chairs today, and their children — and now grandchildren — do too. That kind of loyalty and love is something we never take for granted.
What has never changed is our passion for our craft and our devotion to our clients. Our team embodies what Greg & Tony was founded on: education, artistry, and genuine care. Every stylist, colorist, and associate plays a role in carrying forward the legacy my dad began — while infusing it with their own modern creativity and spirit.
Westport isn’t just where we work — it’s home. This community has supported us, celebrated us, and helped us grow in ways we could’ve never imagined. From local events to shared milestones, the connection we have with our town and our clients is at the heart of everything we do.
As I reflect on these 45 years, I feel immense gratitude — for our clients who’ve become family, for the incredible team who make magic happen every day, and for my dad, whose dream continues to inspire everything we do.
